How to get started to use IPTO eServices?
  Step 1. Check that your hardware and software meet at least the following requirements:
 
  • Pentium 133 installed with Win95, Win 98, NT, Win 2K, Win ME or Win XP
     
  • 64 MBytes of RAM, 100 MBytes available hard disk space
     
  • 2 serial ports or USB ports available for modem and card reader
     
  • 33.6 Kbps modem
     
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) account
     
  • IPrinter that can support 300 dpi
     
  • For a list of SmartCard reader manufacturers, please refer to NETS Website.
     
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
     
      Step 2. For the following software
     
  • Acrobat Reader.
        This allows you to read and print forms which are in PDF format. To get your Acrobat Reader, click here to download and then run the installation.
     
      Step 3. For eServices which require authentication:
     
  • For individual SingPass Holder
        You need to have a valid SingPass to login to the eServices. For information on how to change your SingPass password, please read the SingPass information provided on the SingPass Website.
     
  • For individual non-SingPass Holder
        You are required to submit your account application form to IPTO.

  • For user transacting on behalf of organisation
        The Organisation is required to submit an account registration form to IPTO.

    How do I make payment at IPTO eServices?
    1. For users residing in Singapore, payment can be made using Credit Card, or Direct Debit.
    2. For users outside Singapore, payment can be made using Credit Card.

    1. Why do I get the message We are processing your request now. Please wait …
      The message indicates that you have clicked on the Submit/ Proceed/ Next button more than once. Please wait for the process to be completed.
     
    2. I click on the Submit button, then click on the Stop button of the Internet browser, followed by clicking the Submit button again. It prompts me that the request is processing. Why?
      The system will process the request once the button has been clicked. The process cannot be stopped by the Internet browser's stop button. Please wait for the process to be completed.
     
    3. Why do I get a message that my request cannot be processed online?
      The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform IPTO Helpdesk.
     
    4. Why do I get a message Service is not available?
      The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform IPTO Helpdesk.
     
    5. Why do I get a message No response from gateway?
      The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform IPTO Helpdesk.
     
    6. Why can't the web site be loaded?
      Your Internet connection could be down. Please reconnect.
     
    7. Why is the web site loading very slowly?
      The Internet traffic could be heavy at that moment. You may want to try again later.
     
    8. Why do I get the message Invalid eService State?
      You may have clicked on the BACK, FORWARD or REFRESH button in the middle of the transaction. Just follow the instruction as given on the page or redo the transaction.
     
    9. How do I report a problem?
      You can send an email to IPTO Helpdesk at ipto_efiling@ipto.gov.sg.
     
    10. Why is the IPTO Online Portal taking a long time to load?
      The home page of the IPTO Online Portal requires Flash Plugin to be installed. If you encounter difficulties such as the page takes a long time to load, the problem may be due to Flash plug-in not installed or updated. Please click here to get the latest Flash plug-in.
     
    11. Why can't I get the payment receipt?
      If you are using a pop-up blocker, please add "www.psi.gov.sg" to your list of allowed sites. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages may not be displayed, or your transaction request may not be completed. If you are paying using eNETS Credit or eNETS Debit, please add the following additional sites to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings.
      (a) For eNETS Credit, please add "payment.consumerconnect.com.sg" and "www.enets.com.sg" to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings as well.
      (b) For eNETS Debit, please include "www.jxgateway.com", "dbsd2pay.dbs.com" (for DBS/POSB Account holders), "uniservices1.uobgroup.com" (for UOB Account holders) and "www.citibank.com.sg" (for Citibank Account holders) to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings as well.
