These terms and conditions apply for the application of any account for the use of electronic services offered by the Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the website.

In order to be able to access the restricted electronic services offered by the Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office, you must register as an account holder by completing your registration details in the account registration form.

We reserve the rights to terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times. Specifically, you must update us of any change to the registration details as originally supplied.

Upon registration, you will be provided with a User ID and password.

By registering as an account holder, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and ensuring access only by yourself through this account;

You agree to provide current, accurate and up-to-date information about yourself as required under these terms and conditions;

You agree to pay for our services for the amount stipulated in each transaction under the account.

We confirm that each of the person named as proposed Organisation Account Administrator in this application form are authorised to manage the organisation account, including the managing of the organisation profile and specifying of users and their access rights and the revoking of users.

Upon registration, each Organisation Account Administrator will be provided with a User ID and password.

By registering as an account holder, your Organisation agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Your Organisation is responsible for ensuring or protecting the confidentiality of the User IDs and passwords issued under this Organisation Account and ensuring authorised access through this account;

Your Organisation will maintain or provide, where applicable, current, accurate and up-to-date information about your Organisation, the Organisation Administrators and the users as required under these terms and conditions;

Your Organisation agrees to pay for our services for the amount stipulated in each transaction under the account.
